Chief Technology Officer

Matthew Stoehr serves as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Marketing for Sabal Capital Partners, LLC and is responsible for the strategic direction, development and daily operations of marketing and technology solutions for the company. Joining Sabal in 2014, Matthew brings a diverse skillset stemming from his experience in the real estate and technology industries. During his 20 years of experience, he has developed leading edge technology for the real estate industry while ensuring that services are continually improved and supported for customers, shareholders and employees.

Prior to joining Sabal, Matthew was the Senior Vice President of IT with Caruso Affiliated, where he developed innovative products in the retail and multifamily sectors. During his time at Triple Net Properties, LLC and NNN Realty Advisors in 2005, he reinvented IT operations for the investment and securities company, improving services and allowing the company to grow exponentially. In 2007, NNN Realty Advisors merged with Grubb & Ellis Company, a 50 year old publicly traded full service real estate organization. At the close of the merger, Matthew was appointed Chief Information Officer of the combined organization, managing IT, corporate real estate and facilities nationally for the company. Prior to Triple Net, he served as Vice President of Information Technology with Western National Group where he oversaw strategic direction and technology operations for a group of five companies serving the multifamily industry, including Property Management, Construction, Development, Acquisitions, and Landscaping.

Matthew is a decorated U.S. Navy veteran earning several citations and medals for technical and leadership achievement, and is a current member of the Society for Information Management. In addition, he has served on the Industry Advisory Board for Realcomm and Violin Memory Systems, and was identified by Realcomm as one of the “Top 35 to Watch” in 2008 and in 2010.
